2. Tracking Number Usage & Access

Tracking numbers issued by Sonic Sage Innovation are unique identifiers corresponding to registered consignments. Tracking access is granted solely to senders, recipients, and authorized logistics partners for package monitoring purposes. Automated scraping, systematic harvesting, or unauthorized brute-force attempts against tracking endpoints are prohibited.

3. Manual Status Updates & Estimated Delivery

Status events recorded on our tracking portal reflect operational milestones logged by dispatch administrators. Estimated delivery dates are non-binding operational targets subject to weather, transit conditions, customs handling, and recipient availability.

4. Sender Warranties & Prohibited Goods

Senders warrant that consignments are accurately described, properly packaged, and contain no prohibited, hazardous, or illegal substances under federal and international courier standards.
